10 and 20 years in the future, avoided decisions not made now will haunt Australia as Middle Eastern wars continue, infecting Australia as Middle Eastern wars with religious cultural differences infect Europe now.

Religious extremism (a belief in the afterlife) is the worst form of manipulation which can be used to attack non-religious believers. As religion is used to play Islamic sets off against each other as a population control, I could predict as I have often stated humans influenced by self-gratifying quick to believe emotional rewards, most humans easily believe what they are told believe. Islamic religious extremism will get worse, spilling over into Western countries. The more Muslims entering Western countries, the spilling over Islamic extremism will occur.

If we fail to act now, we risk repeating and/or playing out in the future all those war movie predictions that so often entertain us.

Dear steve101,

Here is a video of a TED talk done over 6 years ago by Hans Rosling on the question of population growth.

Perhaps it may assuage some of your concerns.

Returning to the rich taking over the political system:

The most developed country being the USA, a country other countries can copy. The war on drugs in the USA has been criticised in rarely seen by myself documentaries shown in Australia. The most resent is Adam Ruins Everything, plus a second part to be seen on SBS2 now called Viceland Tuesday evening of January 10 at 8 PM.

In part one, Adam blames 1990s pharmaceutical companies for pushing doctors to prescribe Oxycondin to patients, than government withdrawing easy access to pharmaceutical drug Oxycondin, illegal cheap heroin drug pushers stepped in.

Concerned readers should watch Adam Ruins Everything at least on drugs and part two US prison system.

Richard Nixon declared war on drugs. Reagan and Both Bush administrations declared war on illegal drugs. The CIA gets accused of getting US Vietnam soldiers addicted to illegal drugs. Government inquires on CIA illegal drugs, fails to find credible evidence.

Google: “adam ruins everything war on drugs” to get and more:

A history mentioned in another documentary, stated in the mid 1800s California was undergoing pressure from European white skinned workers to restrict Asian workers from competitive wage employment. The local political system couldn't arrest and/or harass Asian works. As Asian workers smoked opium, California government made smoking opium illegal.

I am saying, by getting US citizens addicted to illegal drugs, addicted citizenry are not going to complain about decreasing employment and/or unfair treatment in fear of being harassed and/or arrested over illegal drugs.
A war on illegal drugs justifies increasing local police forces to harass people. People addicted to drugs are less likely to hold employment for long periods, reducing government and corporate socially desired obligations to provide unnecessary employment, blaming workers for their own inability rather than a lack of employment opportunities.

Illegal drugs allows a political system of elected candidates campaigns financed by a political system's rich mates to do what the rich want.

Bad education's primary school repressed intelligence, guiding children onto sports fields, lunchtime hyperactive play followed by whatever years of high school mental stress, and if that hasn't turned humans into mentally stressed zombies, college and/or university may... encouraging teenager alcoholic consumption, a percentage of teenager leading to illegal drug consumption. To ensure teenagers take up drugs as a choice, increasing the price of cigarettes on health claims, increases addictive drugs usage.

Illegal drugs allows the rich class to easily control society, reducing competitive complaining influences.

Communist influences of the 1950s are unheard of in resent times, as both school education and media merely express society in its worst behaviours as to show how society behaves, excluding economic influences.

As commercials advertise consumer products, often without entertaining influences. Society's constant media news on illegal drugs, influences troubled poor thinking teenagers to venture into the untried. As Adam expresses, school education has not stopped teenagers from trying illegal drugs, and could have educated teenagers on preferred choice.

I suggest, the reasons why Australia's drug problem reportedly worsens, is because the political system wants to maintain the status quo:

Regardless how much media presents the US drug war as a health issue, the main stream political system will use non-prescribed drug use as a threat to society's law and order to justify using non-prescribed drug use as a harassing threat against a working class, in the US, primarily focused at Negroes.

Allowing government to control school educational curriculum, is a mistake. Even though most people believe education is good, a poor undesirable learning experience by students, education can be worse than no education at all. Merely learning to read, perform maths is easy for aged older than 5 and 6 years children not suffering from anxiety performance issues and/or hurrying hyperactive tendencies. Too much time spent on easy to do performing tasks and not enough time spent on calm try for effect decision making behaviours, human decision making becomes confused emotions, drawing human behaviour towards instant self-gratifying feel good drug consumption to overcome hurrying work task anxiety. Even when humans stop to rest, anxiety to hurry doesn't stop as well.

As mentioned on Adam Ruins Everything, politicians don't like to hear “canibus is not bad”. Similar comments that government authority want non-prescribed drugs made illegal to justify government funding. Police want illegal drugs laws to justify continued employment. US State governments confiscate personal property based on accusations of supposed income from illegal drugs, financing local police forces. Corporate run jails would want non-prescribed drugs made illegal to increase prisoner numbers to increase profits. Resent media statement that US jailed prisoners manufacture products at cheaper costs than Mexican workers.

Even as Adam states drugs are cheap and plentiful to buy, I suggest the idea is to allow people to easily consume illegal drugs, to believe they can be arrested for having consumed illegal drugs.

As Adam says, “the US illegal drug market estimate consumes US$109 billion a year”. That's US$109 billion not spent on US legally obtained manufactured goods. Stated “drug cartel has as many as 100,000 employees”. Sheriff of King County Washington states over the last few decades, US spent over US$1 trillion on the war on drugs... I suggest, hence an economy subsidised by another unproductive war excuse. To think the establishment rich aren't taking a cut of the US$cash cow turnover is naïve, being naïve places school education as reason why children are “Science of Stupid” and “World's Craziest Fools” educated.

As many working class: become unproductive; die of drug overdose; commit suicide; become homeless due to drug habits; become violent on ice... there becomes employment openings for Middle Eastern and African migrants to take their place.
