The US prepares for an assault on Iran

The press articles in the US about an imminent strike on Iran are being stepped up. These leaked or planted press articles explain of a huge naval buildup in the Persian Gulf that includes the aircraft carrier USS John Stennis joining the aircraft carrier USS Dwight Eisenhower along with a large flotilla of warships carrying patriot missiles and other weaponry. Differing reports estimate between 40 to 50 US battle type ships are moving into the Gulf in readiness for a devastating strike against Iran.

Bush who comes out of the Texas oil conglomerates has held long term plans for the complete subjugation of the Middle East that prominently include Iraq with its important second largest oil and gas reserves and Iran's third largest supplies in the world. Moreover America has the worlds largest debt that is growing and the Bush admin. seeks to resolve this by grabbing the worlds resources. To put a nice dressing on this rapacity it is often referred to as colonialism.

It cannot be denied that if there was no oil then the US would not be there in such large deadly forces. What is the actual history of this region of the world again and again over a whole historical period? If not a full hundred years of colonial plunder, subjugation and slaughter! Divide and conquer, divide and rule and divide and steal. In Iraq creating a civil war by pitting Sunni against Shiite. The US military assault that murdered 655,000 people and possibly 3 to 4 million crippling injuries which we are led to believe brings them "freedom and democracy." Despite the recent US electorate of about 60 percent rejecting the Iraq War Bush seeks to escalate the war by sending another 21,500 troops. An enormous catastrophie is in the making.

Dear Johncee
I doubt that you will find much serious attention to your thread, as soon as you said 'The US murdered 650,000 people' you basically lost all credibility.
You failure to attribute as least a large part of the blame to former Baathists, Shia islamists, and Arab imports (Al Qaeda) and interferance from Syria and Iran underlines only that there is no possibility of rational discussion with you on this issue.

I anticipate that even the confessions and videos of Iraqi's trained for insurgency in Damascus would only cause you to claim 'fabrication' so I won't bother listing some of them.

Hope you enjoy preaching to the deluded here if anyone actually takes the effort to support your position.

Just when you think the swamp is empty, out crawls another one!

Press articles are being “stepped up”. Well, big deal. Anything you read in the press has to be right, doesn’t it? How can a press article be leaked? Does this poster mean that information has been leaked to the press? It would be hard to hide the movement of that much hardware anyway. And, why worry about what the US does in defence of the West? Would this poster rather Iran was preparing for an assault on the US. It has already threatened to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

Yes, folks. He probably would prefer that.

Another Bush - hater; another US – hater. So muddle-headed and bitter that he has the Americans “murdering” 650,000 people in Iraq. No mention of the lunatic Iraqis who are killed each other at the average of a couple of hundred every day.

Pitting Sunnis and Shiites against each other? What rubbish! They have always hated and killed each other. Mad Muslims don’t need anyone to “pit” them, thankyou very much

I am not preaching anything. Explain please, who are the deluded, those who oppose this homicidal madness and mess or those who created it? Most of the world have now seen through all the lies created for the criminal assault to begin in Iraq to steal the oil. Or the US discussing and taking control over the whole of the oil rich Middle East? Or Bush's "one war following another" that will eventuall lead to bigger wars? How about the following for being delusional. The Bush admin. will seek at some time this week congressional approval for US$700 billion in military spending this year. Such a staggering military madness budget at the expense of hospitals, schools and social programs in the US is not without its consequences! How could it not be? The recent elections in the US gave a resounding vote against the war. But Bush retaliates by escalating the war in Iraq and is going into Iran. Will the American public continue to pay for these wars on behalf of the oil cartels and war industry to profit? Moreover, the real costs of the war have not yet begun to be felt by any stretch of the imagination - that alone, the new escallation planned for Iraq and then Iran. As the US destabilizes the Middle East there will be a destabilizing financial and political crisis that will rock the US. Not only because of the sheer gargantuan costs involved by war but also in a time of the US worlds largest debt.
