What is your opinion on the rich and developed countries driving poverty and inequality in the world's poorest countries?

I wouldn't say driving, rather stimulating. We're stimulating opportunity in these nations by creating a divide between the rich and poor. The more pronounced this separation becomes the more these poor folk will strive to cross over. All the poor need is bootstraps; as a highly industrialised nation I think should do more to export this precious commodity through economy-binding WTO contracts to developing nations everywhere.
