Echoing the rhetoric of Bernie Sanders and Jeremy Corbyn, Bill Shorten recently claimed in a speech that rising inequality was the single biggest threat to Australia's social cohesion and the economy.

Philip S,
There simply is no economic sense amongst any of them, LNP nor ALP. Don't these imbeciles understand that in order to stimulate the economy you have to give people the ability to spend ?
Taxing the crap out of workers & prohibiting incentive is merely sending Country towns broke & places an ever increasing burden on those few who can still earn a decent wage.
I really thought our senior politicians would know that.

Dear Individual,

We would be really lucky if we had imbeciles in government - at least they would do no harm! Unfortunately one cannot be both shrewd and an imbecile.

«I really thought our senior politicians would know that.»

Most likely they do, but in case they didn't already, now they heard it from you and knowing how others suffer from their impositions only makes them rejoice.

Politicians are predators, they are there to serve themselves and themselves only, they enjoy the power and money that they gain from their position, sometimes the sex too.

Went to the local barber this morning & we had a group of older blokes discussing our politicians.
We had a 100% agreement that we all vote independent in the coming election because both Labor & the Coalition have lost the plot.
The money & benefits that they pay themselves are literally criminal.

Another great example of inequality is the fact that people who pi$$ed their life against the wall receive rent assistance whilst those who saved & bought their own place AND continuouesly pay rates, only get scrutiny from Centrelink i.e. the Govt.

Personally I hate Islam and all it represents. It is however looking no worse than the feminist Marxist. No wonder they use each other as useful idiots
