David Singer - Simple question for you why did trump not get the funding when the republicans had the majority in both houses?

"David Singer - Simple question for you why did trump not get the funding when the republicans had the majority in both houses?"

Simple answer. They didn't have a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate and the Democrats promised they'd filibuster any and all wall funding. Hence the shutdown.

When Trump previously demanded $25billion for his "Wall" the Democrats allocated funds for border security it included $1.6billion for "the Wall".

Strangely, Trump only spent 6% of those funds and polls in the USA indicate that 59% don't want money wasted on the wall anyway.

Part of the current shut-down even includes border security staff so it's apparently not such a big issue to Trump after all.

This debate is more about politics and posturing than border security and Trump is using it to see if the Democrats will cave in.

As for countries allegedly "humilating" Trump, he's doing quite well on his own and linking this domestic matter with Zionism is another sleazy example of self-interest. The truth is that most of the world doesn't give a rats about Hamas or corrupt Middle Eastern political matters.

Threats, blackmail, lies, deliberate harm, all standard operating procedure for the likes of singer and trump.
Didnt uncie donald say that "mexico would pay for the wall"??
Slipped your mind did it singer? Forget that little promise did you? How convenient. hahahaha
The seppos are far more likely to increase aid to these countries lest the chinese boogeymen step in and replace them.
Youre not fooling anyone singer. You will support anything, no matter how vile, as long as it benefits the failing, apartheid state.
As see through as a broken window.

I had no idea that Anti-Semitism was so strong in Oz.

Quite shocked really.
