Announceables, rebranding, and the prestige of policy theory over delivery — the ‘arteries’ of government, driven by status rewards of social and economic importance, have come to dominate the ‘capillaries’ in a way that threatens the health of both.

If the past is any indicator for comparison, over education leads to social dislocation!

There was also a time in the past where the majority of the working population actually produced a usable product. A Macas hamburger is not classified as such!

A time in the past where management actually oversaw a productive enterprise.

A time in the past where the public service actually gave the public a service!

The question then is: if Government as described here, is so ineffectual, who or what enterprise actually guides the country, and to what ends?

Outcome.
A divided community along economic lines, irrespective of education!
