Money will not help. Australia already spends more than the average for OECD countries (4%) of GDP), and the current spending his the highest ever.

The result? A continuing decline in the standard of education!

Recently, Donald Trump wild campaign statements has been intellectually described as Donald Trump was trying to attract voting support from U.S. America's Jocks. Jock strap wearers, crowd “hooters” Stephen Corbert audience noise makers, heard ending most every Stephen Corbert sentence.

After a period Donald Trump was said to be changing his campaign strategy, using more rationalised sentence campaigning.
During the week containing September 1, ABC Lateline guest suggested, when dumb people believe in something, dumb people find changing their beliefs difficult, that Trump was changing tactics after having gained dumb people's voting support moving onto newer more intelligent voters support.
This trying to obtain the lowest intellectual support has created few media debates I"m aware of.

Readers can find several Internet readings on how society are being dumb down. I say, the readings themselves are partly responsible for dummying readers.

My accusation is, the more people attempt read relevant topic readings, the more readers become frustrated by irrelevant argumentative evidence. Readings start by expressing a serious concern, following paragraphs wonder off topic. Readings become bogged down in irrelevant: authors names; poor examples; history; core curriculum. Misdirection wearing down readers curiosity.

Youthful Internet readers I believe are reading the first few lines, deciding whether to read the entire reading or move on to the next website, or website reading on a forum, Facebook reading, etc.

Readers are looking for quick info, not to be reading long reading assignments, that say nothing, as though they're in school.

Donald Trump is reflecting the intelligent level back at an increasing percentage of human brain's inability to comprehend past a single short sentence. That short sentences needs to slot into a limited criteria, Facebook limited number of letter characters that can be posted. Limited number of SMS texting letter characters that can be sent on phones, senders spending thought time to reduce letters into fewer words.

Relevant argument posters, wanting to Google supporting arguments find readings that draw people to read concerning short sentences, fall short after initial first paragraph. Leaving a convincing argument short of new readers willingness to agree with an argument.

Anit-intellectualism:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-intellectualism

The hostility towards mentioned listed items I argue are used to squash intellectual thought.

The wearing down of childhood curiosity by government education's forced curriculum used to punish thought, therefore discourage future prolonged thought. Mental stressing child brains for long hours, holding children in classrooms. Guiding children towards sports fields, children medicating mental traumas with sports hyperactivities, are turning capable thinking brains into jocks strap wearer, Neanderthals.

Information passed off as intelligent awareness, intellectual concerns are more redirecting irrelevance.

Concern subject readings and media conversations pass words and or short tit bit sentences to allow readers and listeners to believe the topic is on track. Generally because few to no solutions are recommended, topics were discussed, quickly moving on to new topic discussions. I suggest a pretend intellectualism wears down curious thought, punishing intelligent curiosity.

Psychology is being used to dumb down whole populations. I accuse, school education as a main offender. Psychology professionals are either ignorant or not providing information worthy enough to suggest education is dummying whole populations. The psychology profession are similar to religious organisations, preying on gullible congregations fears and wants. Psychology professionals solving patient problems using addictive feel good drugs have patients returning for continued support for long periods, even for patients entire lives.

Neanderthals increasing population percentages, shortness attention span on ideas previously being rejected as intellectual, constantly reinforcing “don't care don't want to know” belief judgements. Suddenly being aware of a perceived intellectual statement, a belief that increased speed to reject intellectual pretend babble, populations are conditioning themselves to be dumber and dumber.

Dummying Australian politics. Turning a debate into a single person unrelated topic, “Identity Politics”. Politicians ridicule voters intelligence with faked concerns.

Malcolm Turnbull French submarine leak stories for 12 submarines costing $50 billion. Submarine leaks are an insult to Australian intelligence, who believe such contracts for submarines, which will not begin to be built for at least 10 years, submarine technology will be out of date. Rolled over Submarine leaks stories, the leaks which contain water, leaking into submarines.

I hope there are no real democracies, that real intelligent thinking people are planning everything, have complete control over everything, that most fear stories are faked.

Peter Sellers Dr Strangelove.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr._Strangelove

Giving Neanderthal emotional decision makers control over military forces. Speculating an example: suppose Russia has a political and or feed Russian people problem. Because Russia was run by Neanderthals who cannot think up solutions, very much the same as Australian media and political system. Suppose Russian leaders where highly religious and believed in Jesus second coming. Russian leader reads the bible, reading the many twisted unexplained meanings. Suppose a Russian military general suggested a plan of attacking USA, feeling good about the plan, yet Russian leaders said no. Dr Strangelove parable may come about.

Because jocks... Neanderthals are taking over the world, bullying down intellectual thought; religion in USA are becoming voter conscious. You only need to watch Sunday morning religious programs to hear the many predictions of Jesus coming, end of time, Apocalypse predictions, that Jesus coming is a good thing, to realise how bad traumatising school education, guided by previously badly educated, can't think correctly education people in charge of school curriculum, wanting next generations to be stupid, allowing their children with better thinking education to dominate society, reducing competition, increasing opportunities for their children in high paying employment.

I Googled “dummying” on search page 5, I found a reading worth a confirming thought.
http://www.jetsetmag.com/exclusive/business/nation-workers-public-education-dummying-labor-force/

Politicians are distracting real worth while debates, using various democratic breaking the rules scandals, supposedly solved behind closed doors.

Scandals to Neanderthal intelligence, anecdotally proves democracy governments are real, yet Neanderthals can't think long and deep enough to warrant wanting to think stories are faked propaganda. Such opposing propaganda quick thought judgements will not be rejected, and as propaganda thoughts have been rejected, reinforced by an emotion, further supporting beliefs in political reality.

Wednesday 7, John Howard during Canberra Press club interview mentions Identity Politics, so I added.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Identity_politics

Australian politics lacks debatable party policies, leaving sex: male/female, facial and racial recognition judgements to influence what is meant by, “Identity Politics”.
Politician appearances are picture taking opportunities, topped off with short defensive statements. What could be mentioned as “Identity Politics”, could be called “Facebook Politics”.

Throwing more money at a broken model, won't fix much? But rather compound present problems?

That said, we do need a needs based funding model, that is means tested and directed exclusively at the responsible parents? Who would then be free to pick and chose, direct their "funding endowment", on available options; and or, merit?

I believe this proposed direct funding, needs based, means tested model, will save as much as 30% of the available funds, while more than adequately funding public and private education? By forcing the union protected drones to up-skill or get out?

And most of what is wrong with the current model/practice? Save skimming by state based and entirely unnecessary, overarching, fee demanding, costly administration!?
