Dear runner,

You don't seem to give a fig whether a woman who doesn't want to carry a pregnancy to term has access to a competent abortionist. Her wishes don't seem to bother you at all. We have hopefully advanced beyond the point where a woman who doesn't want to carry a pregnancy to term has to use the services of a back yard butcher. To lessen the need for abortion sex education and access to contraceptive devices should be made freely available. You're probably against that, too.

Pregnant women are human, too. The Nazis were very much against abortion. They wanted women to produce soldiers for Hitler. When you bring in the Nazis you are bringing a philosophy which was as much against the woman's right to abortion as you are. Your moral base in regards to abortion is not too different from that of the Nazis. Neither you nor they had much regard for woman's rights.

If the government stopped funding independent schools all those kids would be moved back into government schools, where the government would be obliged to spend $13,000 per student instead of the $7000 they currently spend.
In addition, people seem to forget that parents of children at independent schools generally pay high taxes and are entitled to receive some educational support for their kids from the government. In contrast to many parents of kids at public schools who pay no taxes at all.
