China’s people shortage : Comments

In truth, China actually has plenty of people. But thanks in part to the impact of the one child policy on its demography, it is fast going to find itself with a shortage of working age people.

Well written summary . . . The Chinese are resilient and will adapt somehow . . . whether it will be by ethical means is anyone's guess.
"Communism with Chinese characteristics" espoused by the Party really means thought and physical control of the masses by the large minority elitist Party members. A Chinese adage warns: "The boat (the Emperor or The Party) can float on the water (the workers) but the water can sink the boat!" - Another revolution could be over the horizon when the workers get squeezed too far by corrupt Party members.
