Three cautionary tales of real estate agents successfully sued : Comments

Practices taken for granted by many in the real estate industry can result in successful actions for damages.

...Two issues here ,I would think: The obvious outcome of the three examples highlighted in this article, indicate the ability of the “connected” to plug themselves into the legal system in order to correct wrongs, by engaging the legal system to obtain justice and legal protection for their financial investments, through the justice of the courts.
Some examples where the crimes of the real estate market were aimed at the suburban arena, would be more generally interesting and applicable, but with less success at identifying just outcomes, I am sure.

...The second issue from the points raised in this article, are the obvious need to align real estate agents with the Insurance industry for example, in the urgent need for plain English agreements and declarations that eliminate any “slippery” deals which, in this case, agents are renowned for. (Used car, anyone)
