It's 2011 goddamit. It's the age of the internet which among other things is a wild west of untamed conspiracy theories, and here you go spouting off about state government shredding evidence and the governor general defending paedophiles which a single reference to back it up.
I found it so hard to believe I went looking. Turns out there is a federal government senate inquiry into it. If you want to get a feel for what Kevin Baker is on about, this submission on the cover up of a rape of an 14 year old Aboriginal girl will give you the idea:
