Forecasting new infrastructure patronage : Comments

Not all infrastructure projects, such as toll roads, tunnels and rail, are guaranteed to deliver a motza.

just goes to show that we cant predict people's independant and ever changing choices..or why they make them. A major problem with macro economics, and obviously other areas where individuals have to cooperate for a profit to be made.. i use the tunnel on the way somewhere, and meander back after the event..profit from me is halved...not much will change that personal choice. The consumer is ultimately sovreign. I am no economist but i did at one stage read a book by Ian Hodge which had inflation in the title. Ps this is just a common sense comment, and im not looking to be involved in a huge discusson. better to get Ian Hodge on here as a contributor.. i just might see what i can do about that...
